Pierwsze miejsce to zero zaskoczenia, bo Mario, ale reszta . Spodziewałem się Crasha w okolicach 5 miejsca, a w top 5 Minecrafta, Skyrima, Fifę, Mortala - raczej nie Just Dance.

Do końca roku obstawiam, że w tej 5ce może się pojawić Spyro, CTR i.. Just Dance 2020

Żadna drama. Raczej media amerykańskie starają się promować produkty amerykańskie.

 

Sony samo mówi że konsole do graczy to niszowy produkt, więc MS ze swoim streamingiem trafi do większej ilości osób (co jest bzdurą, bo brak konsoli dalej nie zmienia faktu że granie w grę jest bardziej złożone i trudniejsze od oglądania filmu). Jest też Stadia która wiadomo, tak jak xCloud jest skazana na sukces.

 

A jeśli chodzi o Nintendo to - doomed since 1889.

Największym problemem MS jest to, że oni nie istnieją poza USA. MS ma USA, Nintendo ma USA, Japonię i Europę, SONY ma USA, jest potężne w Europie i dodatkowo jest wszędzie tam gdzie nie ma Nintendo (kraje arabskie, reszta Azji)

 

Wyniki SONY pokazują że nie można lekceważyć tych wszystkich "other".

Mnie niestety kompletnie nie odpowiada ich rozwiązanie play anywhere oraz wsparcie dla myszy i klawiatury.

Play Anywhere bo przez to pewna "tożsamość" xboxa jest zabijana, a mysza i klawiatura bo jestem przekonany, że to w konsekwencji doprowadzi to dużych nadużyć w rozgrywkach online. Co gorsza może to wymusić konieczność użytkowania tych akcesoriów a na kanapie to mało wygodne

Days Gone drugą najlepiej sprzedającą się grą w UK w tym roku (a new IP numer 1). Na dodatek raport dotyczy tylko pudełek, a Sony ostatnio podawało, że już generalnie 50% cyfry im schodzi przy eksach.

Nintendo Switch was the best-selling console in July, but overall hardware sales were down big-time. Industry-tracking firm The NPD Group released its July report today, and it confirms that U.S. consumers are looking ahead.

“Nintendo Switch was once again the best-selling hardware platform of July and remains 2019’s hardware sales leader,” said Piscatella.

“The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller was July 2019’s best-selling accessory,” said Piscatella. “The PlayStation 4 DualShock 4 Black remains the year’s leading seller.

Switch kept its youthful momentum in August as the aging PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems continue to wither. Nintendo’s hybrid console was the top-selling hardware in the United States in August, according to industry-tracking firm The NPD Group. Check out the NPD software results for August right here.

NPD confirmed that this was the worst August in terms of software sales in more than 20 years.

“Dollar sales of tracked video game software fell 22 percent in August versus a year ago, to $257 million,” said Piscatella. “This represents the lowest total software sales in an August month since August 1998, which was $234 million.”

Overall, 2019 is still on par with last year’s software sales, but that is due primarily to the newer of the three major console platforms.

“Year-to-date dollar sales of tracked video game software increased 1 percent, to $3.1 billion,” said Piscatella. “Nintendo Switch performance has driven the growth.”

Five of the top 10 best-selling video games of August 2019 are Nintendo platform exclusives. Astral Chain launched as the 10th best-selling game of August, the only new release to place amongst the top 10 sellers of the month.
