Project Café promotional videos have been filmed for E3
http://thenintendostream.com/project-cafe-promotional-videos-have-been-filmed-for-e3/According to this tweet, Nintendo has finished filming promotional videos for Project Café that will be shown at E3. Apparently, models were chosen “based on their hands,” so I think it’s safe to assume this next system will heavily focus on the controller.
But it’s great to see that the wheels are definitely in motion and hopefully there’s plenty of direct gameplay footage that comes out of the event. Or at least a solid look at how this entire system will change how we play games. But at the very least, people with a hands fetish will be happy. So that’s good.

E tam. Pamiętam, co pisano w analogicznej sytyuacji o "Revolution". Praktycznie do dnia pokazania kontrolera wszystkie plotki były... no, wyjęte z ciemnego miejsca.

http://thenintendostream.com/grand-theft-auto-to-be-unveiled-for-the-wii-2-at-e3/One of the most exciting rumors is that Rockstar may have a development kit for the Wii 2 and they may be bringing Grand Theft Auto V to the platform.
Even if you’re not a fan of the series, getting the game on a Nintendo platform would be huge, as it is sells very well, and ties in with Nintendo’s rumored wish to “recapture the hardcore market.”
But anyway, the latest nugget comes from the fellow who tweeted that the promotional videos for the Wii 2 to be shown at E3 have been filmed. He’s tweeted that:
It is my understanding that the new GTA will be unveiled at E3 in some capacity.
If this glorious rumor has any legs I doubt we’ll see a playable version, or even a trailer. I think it’ll just be a matter of Reggie starting out with defending Nintendo against the idea that Nintendo is “childish,” and then segueing into a casual announcement of Grand Theft Auto V being released as a launch window title. Or maybe Rockstar’s logo will just pop up on the list of developers working with the platform and the rumor mill will continue.
Reggie’s first words about Project Café
http://thenintendostream.com/reggies-first-words-about-project-cafe/Reggie Fils-Aime, the President of Nintendo of America has never said anything directly about Project Café. He’s talked about “the next console” in general, but I’m pretty sure it has never gone any farther than that.
That has changed though with Reggie saying:
When we launch our new home system sometime in 2012 we think the consumer buying in will look very different than the consumer who’s going to be buying a Wii now.
So yeah, somewhat anti-climatic. It’s nothing we haven’t heard before. In that same line of thinking he also says that:
What we’ve seen in this business it that there are certain consumers who love being first - they have to have the absolute latest hardware - and there are other consumers that are perfectly happy to wait until the game library is much more robust and they have a wider range of options.
But even if these words are not glorious havens of new information, seeing Reggie talk about the console for the first time makes me feel like a proud parent whose child has finally decided to spout their first words. And those words relate to business strategy, which makes me doubly impressed.

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=430019Making Project Café versions of PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 games won't be a stretch, according to comments from Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot.
Speaking at an investor call today, Guillemot revealed that his teams will be able to utilise a lot of the work done on titles for the current HD consoles when developing for Nintendo's new platform.
"The platform Nintendo is coming with is really a fantastic platform. We think it will be extremely successful," he stated.
"What we see is that we will be able to leverage a lot of the work we do for Xbox 360 and PS3 while we create games for the platform.
"So we will not have to redo completely the games that we create. We'll be able to use all the capacity the console is giving but also use all the work we do for the other platforms."
Nintendo hasn't officially released tech specs for its new console yet but speculation suggests it'll boast slightly more oomph than Microsoft and Sony's current systems. A full reveal is expected during its E3 presentation next month.

Speculation - Is Fatal Frame's producer working on Project Cafe?
http://www.gonintendo.com/viewstory.php?id=158119Here's what Fatal Frame producer Keisuke Kikuchi had to say back in March of this year...
"I can't discuss exact details yet, but we are working hard on something right now. I think we'll be able to make an announcement soon, so I hope people look forward to it."
Fast-forward to today, where Tecmo Koei has said that they'd like to have launch titles for the Wii successor. Could these two things be related to one another?
